Refunds & Cancellation Policy

• You must cancel your booking at least 24hrs in advance or you will be as a no-show.
• All deposits are non-refundable

No-show Policy

• The first night of no-show bookings will be charged to the credit card used to make the booking.
• All following nights (if any) will be canceled.

Payment terms

• We accept Visa and Mastercards for amounts over €50.00.
• The full balance of your booking is payable upon arrival.
• We take a €3.00 deposit per key and also a piece of photo id for the duration of your stay.
